Refund & Cancellation

Strict No-Refund Policy

Please read our policy carefully before completing any registrations or purchases. Envision 2026 strictly enforces a NO REFUND policy under any circumstances.

Once a registration is successfully processed and the payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred to another individual, regardless of the reason.

Cancellation Conditions

If you are unable to attend the event after registering, we unfortunately cannot offer any cancellations or issue a refund. All sales are final. We strongly advise all participants to be certain of their availability before confirming their event registration.

Technical Glitches or Double Payments

In the extremely rare event of a bank server timeout or a proven technical glitch resulting in a duplicate deduction from your account without a corresponding registration, the payment gateway or your bank will automatically process the reversal as per their standard banking guidelines. Envision 2026 does not manually process refunds for successful registrations.

Organizer Rights

The organizers of Envision 2026 reserve the right to modify event timings, venues, or schedules within the campus. Such changes will not entitle any participant to a refund.
